LEAP Advocates
Each LEAP institution has at least one LEAP Advocate whose role is to serve as the primary point of contact for the LEAP Fellows (doctoral students) or LEAP Scholars (undergraduate students), build local community of LEAP Fellows or LEAP Scholars at each institution, and participate in monthly phone calls for each cohort to leverage good practices among the institutions. Each institution has at least one LEAP faculty advocate and some institutions also have at least one LEAP staff advocate.
